Wish You A Happy New Year 2008
I've got a mail and it may be useful for all.
I want to prepare you so you are not one of the many victims that get caught in this trap...
Far too many people get trapped in the viscous cycle of working hard for a short time, not seeing
any noticeable results, getting discouraged and then quitting.
Even worse, sometimes you might start a new program and actually see negative results!
This can really mess you up if you are not aware of what is going on.
What you need to be aware of is there is much more happening behind the scenes and out of the spotlight than you can see.
Have you ever started an exercise plan? (If you haven't I think you might be the only person on the planet who has not started an exercise plan!)
If you have you will know exactly what I am talking about.
When you start exercising after a long 'vacation' to the couch and junk food lounge, you don't go
back to the gym and lift 1 weight and run 1 lap then suddenly you have lost 20 pounds of body fat.
There is a process going on inside of your body that you cannot see.
You can certainly feel the effects almost immediately as far as your energy goes but you wont see much in the way of noticeable change physically.
Sometimes you can step on the scale and actually weigh MORE than when you started!
What the heck is that all about?
That means it's time to celebrate!
Why? Because it's hard core solid evidence, PROOF that you are getting results.
See, in all success what you are doing is exchanging one thing for another.
In this example you're exchanging your fat for muscle.
Well it just so happens that 1 pound of muscle is a lot smaller than one pound of fat.
So you can exercise for 1 even 2 months and not see much in the way of results but then suddenly that shift happens.
The scale is tilted in the other direction and you start dropping pounds of fat at light speed.
Within one month you need to go shopping for new clothes!
What results are you waiting for?
If you have never experienced this you just have trust those of us who have.
If you have experienced it you know the pure exhilaration you feel when you finally reach that
point.
What's the bottom line?
The results for your efforts are being created long before you can see them.
You just need to know that underneath all of that fat there is a lean muscle being built and strengthened.
It could be physical muscle, financial muscle, or emotional muscles but regardless of what kind of muscle you are building, it is getting stronger underneath the layers of 'fat' that are hiding it.
You WILL see it if you...
DON'T STOP!
Keep moving forward and doing what it takes to get the results you want even if you can't see them right away.
Know that you are 'being' the person that gets those results because you are 'doing' what those people do.
Whether you are working on weight loss, or a fatter wallet it is the same thing, just keep doing what you are doing with minor adjustments along the way and you WILL reap the rewards for your efforts but only if...
You don't quit too soon.
